Diverse Stories, New Voices

SFFFF is committed to inclusion in all areas of our work, including artist selection, audience development, programming, and recruitment of staff and volunteers. All qualified artists, contractors, staff and volunteers receive consideration for involvement without regard to race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law. We practice and promote these values throughout our organization and externally in the partnerships and connections we intentionally create.

SFFFF is inspired and guided by the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights recognizes that “the inherent dignity and … the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world.”
